The AHA recommends no more than 25g (6 teaspoons) of added sugar per day for women, and 37.5g (9 teaspoons) for men. The WHO suggests limiting free sugars to below 10% of total calorie intake.

No — these limits apply to added and free sugars (table sugar, honey, fruit juice). Sugars naturally occurring in whole fruits and vegetables are generally not a concern.
